demos terms of use
1. Introduction and Scope
Welcome to the Verba AI Demonstration Environment ("Demo", "Service", "we", "our", "us"). These Demo Terms of Use ("Demo Terms") govern your access to and interaction with any interactive trial, pitch demo, pilot environment, or preview instance provided by Verba AI (including instances hosted at /app/{demo}).
By accessing, typing prompts into, uploading files to, or otherwise using the Demo, you agree to be bound by these Demo Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Demo.
These Demo Terms supplement our standard Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict regarding demo or trial usage, these Demo Terms shall prevail.
2. Demonstration and Evaluation Purpose Only
The Demo is provided exclusively for temporary testing, evaluation, demonstration, and proof-of-concept purposes.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Non-Production Environment: The Demo is an experimental evaluation environment and is not designed, certified, or intended for live business operations, production workflows, or mission-critical tasks.
- No Service Commitments: We provide the Demo free of charge or on a trial basis without any service level agreements (SLAs), uptime guarantees, or commitment to ongoing availability.
- Right to Modify or Terminate: We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, reset, throttle, or modify any demo environment, session, or feature at any time without prior notice or liability.
3. Strict Prohibition on Sensitive and Confidential Data
CRITICAL NOTICE: DO NOT INPUT SENSITIVE, CONFIDENTIAL, OR PROPRIETARY DATA. The Demo environment is strictly for evaluation with synthetic, placeholder, or public data.
You expressly agree that you will NOT upload, enter, submit, paste, or transmit into the Demo:

4. File Uploads and Attachments in Demo Mode
If the Demo instance enables document attachment or file upload capabilities:
- You may only upload mock documents, public domain files, synthetic test data, or materials that you have full legal right to share publicly.
- Uploaded files are processed by automated AI models, indexing pipelines, and vector search systems solely for generating interactive demo responses.
- Uploaded files and generated embeddings may be automatically purged or deleted periodically. Do not use the Demo as a data storage or repository service.
5. AI Output Disclaimer and No Professional Advice
5.1 Experimental Nature of Outputs
AI-generated outputs in the Demo are produced by probabilistic language models and automated retrieval systems. You acknowledge that:
- Responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, hallucinations, omissions, or outdated facts.
- The Demo does not guarantee correctness, completeness, or suitability of any generated answer.
- Answers reflect automated synthesis and do not represent the official stance, advice, or endorsement of Verba AI or any partnered organization.
5.2 Absence of Human Review
Unlike customized production deployments where human-in-the-loop workflows may be configured, Demo responses are generated automatically in real time without human moderation or pre-screening.
5.3 No Reliance
You must not rely on AI outputs from the Demo for medical, legal, financial, architectural, safety, or professional decision-making.
6. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
When using the Demo, you agree not to:
- Attempt prompt injection, jailbreaking, or deliberate extraction of system prompts, backend configurations, or internal parameters.
- Introduce malware, viruses, trojans, malicious scripts, or corrupted payloads.
- Use automated scrapers, bots, crawlers, or load-testing tools against demo endpoints without explicit written permission.
- Transmit harassing, abusive, defamatory, sexually explicit, hateful, fraudulent, or unlawful content.
- Circumvent rate limits, session quotas, authentication mechanisms, or security barriers.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the underlying software, algorithms, or models powering the Demo.
We reserve the right to immediately terminate sessions and restrict access (including IP-based blocks) for any abusive or unauthorized behavior.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Platform Rights
All intellectual property rights in the Demo interface, underlying AI architecture, prompts, branding, software, designs, and demonstrations remain the exclusive property of Verba AI Solutions. Nothing in these Demo Terms grants you any ownership or license beyond the temporary right to test the Demo.
7.2 Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, bug reports, or feature ideas regarding the Demo, Verba AI may freely use and incorporate such feedback without restriction or financial compensation.
8. Data Privacy and Session Handling
Data processed during your demo session is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Demo interactions and session metadata (such as conversation prompts, timestamps, and error logs) may be processed temporarily to deliver the interactive experience, monitor system health, detect abuse, and evaluate demo performance.
- Your demo conversations are not used to train shared public foundation models.
- Demo sessions and chat histories may expire or be cleared automatically upon browser closure or session reset.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE DEMO IS PROVIDED STRICTLY ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.
VERBA AI EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT
- WARRANTIES THAT THE DEMO WILL OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURELY, ACCURATELY, OR ERROR-FREE
- WARRANTIES REGARDING THE QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY AI-GENERATED OUTPUT
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VERBA AI, ITS PARENT COMPANY, AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE DEMO.
THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, REPUTATIONAL DAMAGE, SYSTEM DOWNTIME, OR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM SENSITIVE OR CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION ENTERED INTO THE DEMO IN BREACH OF THESE TERMS.
